Understanding Akashic Records
The Akashic Records are believed to be an energetic record of your soul’s journey across every lifetime and experience. They are often described as a spiritual archive that holds the thoughts, emotions, choices, actions, relationships, and lessons connected to your soul from the moment it first emerged from Source.
Within this understanding, the Records exist beyond physical time and space. They are seen as a place of deeper insight where patterns, karmic experiences, soul contracts, gifts, and recurring challenges can be explored with greater clarity and awareness.

In Soul Insight work, the Records are accessed through focused intention, intuition, and guided inquiry to help bring awareness to what may be happening beneath the surface of your current experience.
What to Expect
When you schedule an appointment, you will be requested to provide some basic birth information and information about your “intention” for our work together. This may be in areas of your life where you are creating new life goals or certain situations you are struggling with and the life changes you are trying to create.
I will do a meditation ahead of our session asking very specific questions to learn who you are at the soul level. Your reading will be recorded for you to have for future reference, so you can relax and focus on the information rather than trying to make notes & listen at the same time.
The reading is normally 60 minutes. Within 24 hours of your reading you will receive an email which will include your clearing homework. This is a 21 day clearing process using affirmations that will clear you blocks.
